Registration
Deadline for pre-registration and abstract submission is February 1, 2009 (extended to February 9). The registration forms and abstracts should be prepared as given below and send to pulkovo-2009@gao.spb.ru in two enclosed Word files. The decision of the Program Committee about inclusion of the presentation in the program of conference will be made by March 15, 2009.

Abstract format
- Microsoft Word
- Paper size: A4
- Margins: 2,5 cm
- Font: New Times Roman, 12 pt
- Single line spacing
- Size: up to 0.5 pages
- No figures and tables please
- Formulas should be typed in text (preferably) or in Microsoft Equation 3
- The text of abstract should be prepared as follows:
- Title in capital letters, boldface
- Blank line
- Author(s): name, initials, boldface
- Affiliation(s), regular font
- Blank line
- Text of abstract, regular font.
